A public contract runs on dozens of steps, each with its own rule.
Site handover, technical staff, the work schedule, monthly payment certificates, price adjustment, guarantee letters, time extensions, provisional and final acceptance. Each one has a rule and a time limit in the contract, and today most firms follow them in folders, spreadsheets and memory.
Aksera takes these from the documents themselves and keeps the whole job in one place, from the day the contract is signed to final acceptance.

How it works

- The job stays up to dateProgress, dates and figures on one screen, with a warning when a step needs action.
What it does not do
- It does not prepare payment certificates. Those come from the administration or the consultant; Aksera reads and verifies them.
- It does not replace your accounting software.
- It does not guess. A field it cannot read is left empty and marked for a person to confirm.
Where we are
Aksera is in development and has been tested on real documents from live public construction projects in Türkiye. Pilots with contractor firms come next.
